Have a promotional code you would like to use? Here’s what to know before you use them:
- You can only use one promotional code at a time. See details in the DEALS page at the top of most pages or in the individual promotional page.
Where do I apply my code(s)?
Once you have created your products and gone through to the cart you'll see a box in the bottom left hand side on the screen a box where you can enter your promo code and click APPLY and your new discounted price will appear.
I have a unique redemption code; how do I use this on the new site?
Unique redeemable codes are supplied by 3rd party "daily deal" services like Wowcher and Living Social. To redeem these codes simply add to the promo code box in your cart as above.
How do I know the credit is on my account?
If you would like to check that the credit has been applied to your account, simply click on 'Credits' in the top right hand corner, when logged in (from drop down menu below your name).

Can I use my credits from the classic site?
In most cases your credits from the classic site should be available for you to use on the new site. Qualifying purchases will automatically apply your credits in the cart. If you think a credit is missing please get in touch with our customer service team who will be happy to help.
Where are my prepaid prints?
Please visit your account pages to see your available credits (learn about your account features).
Can I use my gift certificate on the new site?
Currently Truprint gift certificates cannot be redeemed on the new site, please get in touch with our customer service team if you have one and they will be happy to help.
