The cancel feature allows you to cancel an order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed.
If you are still on the order receipt page, look at the botton left of the page under "Need to make changes", and click "Let us know". A timer shows next to the link, to let you know how much time you have left to cancel the order.
Otherwise, simply go to your ACCOUNT and access your ORDER HISTORY.
You'll see your most recent orders at the top. Click on the order number you wish to cancel and you will be taken to the order details page, where you will see the Cancel Order icon.
Click on it and confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear in the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully cancelled.
Note: Please note that for prompt delivery, we begin making your product an hour after the order has been placed. We are unable to reverse/adjust the order after that.
