From 21st April 2020, the Truprint website will become Snapfish.co.uk. Any photos in your account will already be available on the Snapfish website, however it may take up to 2 weeks after 21st April 2020 for your projects and credits to appear in your Snapfish account. The Snapfish website and app will be the same as the Truprint ones so you can continue to shop as before. You’ll be able to log in with your existing username and password as you do today.
What will happen to my Truprint account?
Since the Truprint website was operating on the same platform as Snapfish UK Ltd., all Truprint accounts will continue to be available through the Snapfish website. We encourage you to visit Snapfish.co.uk as of 21st April 2020 and log in with your Truprint login credentials to access all your saved creations, so you may continue to create cherished photo gifts for years to come.
What about my photos, projects and credits?
Any photos, existing projects, or credits on your account will still exist on the Snapfish website. Your photos are already available, however it may take up to 2 weeks after 21st April 2020 for your projects and credits to appear in your Snapfish account.
Can I access my previous orders?
It is possible to re-order from within your existing projects on the Snapfish website.
